Leadership Development Conference
Join agricultural leaders and Northwest FCS employees for a hands-on experience designed to help you shape your leadership foundation. Challenge yourself and your assumptions through self-assessment and reflection, case studies, discussion and powerful presentations from experts. Anyone interested in developing leadership skills and growing their foundation as a leader should attend. Participants do not need to be in a formal leadership or supervisory position.
